 Just three years ago we re-released the design of this fantastic Craftsman kit to be much more like the "original" 1979 version (SEE Image) than a later Southwestern version Tom Yorke did a number of years later. But that's almost where it ends. We have used Tom Yorke 'original' hand-carved masters and created totally new castings to replace all that wood and time-consuming construction of the 2nd Floor Bordello, multi-pitched roofs, and both front facades ... More Here
  So just recently, a Customer asked if we had any pictures of this version where a modeler opted to add a corrugated roof in place of the standing seam roof. I thought to myself, as many of these kits that we've sold as well as Built Up Models, I don't recall anyone ever mentioning changing the roof. But what a neat idea!  So, do have or do you know of any Scale Model Masterpieces Bordello & Pool Hall models out there? We want to know ... Please! And I'll bet that there may be other, too! As we mention in our October 2015 Newsletter & here in our website Blog, changes for the HO & O scale Rubbles kits are complete. The rusty brown corrugated metal roof is "back" on, the tower is glued in place and the windows & door are in-WHEW! And, *tons* of Options: Pick & choose your preferred roof, add all the Doctor Ben's Weathering Stains & Solutions described in the updated Instructions (and save 10-11%); additional SMM Details Set; and even another Loading Dock. Yes, ththis kit DOES include a Loading Dock; some folks like it so much that they want another!
